QPAC® 40 TGA results in various atmospheres (@10°C/min)

The graph below illustrates the Thermalgravimetric Analysis (TGA) of QPAC® 40 in various environments. The results show that QPAC® 40 will completely debind in both oxygen-rich and inert atmospheres at a low temperature.

The decomposition temperatures for the QPAC polyalklyene carbonates will be lower than all competitive other binders. Temperatures in air will be approximately 10-20 C lower than in non-oxidizing environments. Additionally, the residual contaminants will also be negligible in both oxygen and inert environments such as vacuum, nitrogen, and hydrogen.
