Poly(Alkylene Carbonates) Basic Polymerization Reaction

QPAC® polyalkylene carbonates are formed by reacting carbon dioxide with an epoxide. Our proprietary catalyst is a key component in the reaction to generate higher molecular weight polymers. The process also utilizes carbon dioxide, making it a much more sustainable process than other polymer synthesis routes.
