QPAC® 40 TGA versus Polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and Ethyl Cellulose binders

QPAC® 40 polyalkylene carbonate binders decompose at temperatures at least 100℃ lower than competitive binders, including PVB and Ethyl Cellulose. The low-temperature debind is an advantage with temperature-sensitive materials. It is also more energy-efficient since less heat is needed to remove the binder, which contributes to QPAC being a more environmentally friendly binder.
